OUR HISTORY
The Very Beginning
Starting as a small trade contractor back in the early 1970s, Ilias Mantis went on to built a joint venture which soon developed into a full-scale building contractor "Kataskevastiki" in 1977, with major presence in the city of Athens and Preveza. In the early 2000s Ilias Mantis went on to create a new company that was purely focused on private clients and has since been joined by Spartakos Mantis MEng MSc, a Chartered Engineer and Quantity Surveyor. The pressing need for a reliable Construction Company that uses only the very best products and materials is what drives each and every day.
